Hello, I'm Kacper Gumulak
A Computer Science student and Software Engineer. I bridge the gap between robust C#/.NET backends, dynamic React interfaces, and modern Cloud-Native architectures to build scalable, end-to-end applications.
Beyond the Code.
I am a Computer Science student at Cracow University of Technology, specializing in .NET backend development and Cloud-Native architecture. While I actively build responsive full-stack applications using React and TypeScript, I focus heavily on the entire software lifecycle.
I believe that writing good code is only half the job; running, scaling, and automating it is the other. My strongest areas are backend architecture (C#), relational databases, and cloud infrastructure. I enjoy taking an application from the initial database schema to building scalable Web APIs, and finally automating its deployment using Terraform and Microsoft Azure.
Before transitioning into software engineering, I gained solid experience in professional customer service. This background taught me the art of clear communication, allowing me to troubleshoot on the fly and translate complex technical jargon into user-friendly solutions.
Tools of the Trade.
From database design to automated cloud provisioning, I utilize a modern and versatile toolset. I focus on strict backend principles like Clean Architecture and CQRS, combined with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and serverless deployments (Azure) to ensure highly reliable, scalable performance.
Additionally, I actively bridge the engineering side with intelligent tools. By embracing advanced AI Workflows and Prompt Engineering, I accelerate my learning curves, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and streamline daily testing routines, ensuring high code quality and faster delivery.
